Biography
Jason P. Woodall is an attorney with over a decade of experience in corporate law, real estate transactions, litigation, and commercial contracts in firms in both Lexington and Louisville. He has a proven track record of representing owners, investors, lenders, developers, tenants, and non-profit entities with entity formation, contract drafting, trademark registration, leasing, and licensing. Jason has also played a key role in economic development projects, strategizing for large-scale developments, and advising clients on navigating administrative regulations.
