Biography

For over 20 years, Mason has been winning complex, high-profile cases for both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout the country. Mr. Miller has extensive experience in corporate and other complex commercial litigation, and represents clients in a wide variety of industries and of all different sizes and types, from individuals to start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. He also regularly advises and represents parties in connection with partnership disputes, construction litigation, M&A deal litigation, non-compete litigation, post-closing disputes and breach of contract matters. Mr. Miller received his B.S. from Northwestern University and his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he was an adjunct instructor at the Williams School of Commerce and author of “Techno Liability: Corporate Websites, Hyperlinks, and Rule 10b-5,” Washington & Lee Law Review (2001).
